Luluh Abathra is an emerging international artist and filmmaker. She was born in Kuwait and is now based in the United States. She works across narrative, documentary, and experimental modes of filmmaking to explore themes of identity, inequality, displacement, and mental health. As an artist, Luluh works with mixed media, sculpture, and installation art. Outside of her creative work, she enjoys yoga, live concerts, and long-term travel. She also loves contemporary music (ask her to curate you a playlist). Luluh is currently studying Radio/Television/Film and Art Theory and Practice at Northwestern University.
